Who are Fay Luminaries?
Fay Luminaries are providers who have built thriving practices on Fay and consistently deliver outstanding patient outcomes. As a Luminary, you'll be recognized as one of the most engaged and dedicated providers in our network, unlocking exclusive perks and deeper support.
How do you qualify?
The Luminary program is open to all providers and membership is assessed quarterly. To qualify as a Fay Luminary, you must meet both of the following criteria:
A quarterly average of 12+ billable hours per week on Fay
A quarterly average 3-month patient retention rate in the 80th percentile across our provider network
You can track your patient retention metrics anytime in your provider dashboard, and you will be able to track your billable hours starting July 1st.

Luminaries are invited to monthly sessions with Fay leadership as an opportunity to share feedback, get a look at what's coming next, and help shape the direction of the platform.
đ A dedicated space in the Fay Community + Luminary badge
You'll gain access to a dedicated Luminary space inside the Fay Community as a place to connect with other providers, exchange strategies, and get updates directly from the Fay team. You'll also receive a Luminary badge on your Community profile, recognizing you as a trusted, top-tier provider in the network.

As a Luminary, you'll have access to additional billing and day-to-day support from our team.

When you refer a new provider to Fay, you'll earn $400 for every provider who joins compared to $250 for standard provider referrals. The more providers you bring to Fay, the more you can earn!
FAQs
How is Luminary status evaluated?
Eligibility for the Luminary program is assessed quarterly based on billable hours and three-month patient retention.
Do I need to apply?
No. Luminary status is automatic based on your metrics, so if you meet the criteria for the quarter, you'll receive an invitation from the Fay team to join!
How do I know if Iâm qualified to be a Luminary?
If you qualify for the program, the Fay team will email you directly to invite you to the program! Weâll also contact you if youâre close to qualifying for the Luminary program to provide additional support so you can join the program in the future. In the meantime, you can track your patient retention metrics anytime in your provider dashboard, and you will be able to track your billable hours starting July 1st.
What happens if I no longer meet the criteria?
If your billable hour or three-month retention metrics start trending below Luminary thresholds, our team will reach out to you to check in and offer support to help you improve your metrics. If you no longer qualify by the end of the quarter, you'll exit the program the following quarter. You'll always be eligible to re-qualify for the Luminary program in the future!
What if I think I qualify but haven't heard from Fay?
Invitations go out after each quarterly evaluation. If you believe you meet both criteria and haven't received an invitation, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Is the Luminary program separate from the Fay Champion program?
Yes. The Fay Champion program is an application-based leadership and mentorship role at Fay. The Luminary program is a recognition program for our top-performing providers. That means providers can be both Champions and Luminaries!
