How do I log in to Fay?
Providers can log in to Fay at provider.faynutrition.com.
My password is not working. What should I do?
To reset your password, click Forgot your password? on the Fay login screen. If you are still having trouble logging in after resetting your password, contact the provider support chatbot located at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
Is Fay HIPAA compliant?
Yes, Fay is HIPAA compliant.
Can I download Fay as an app on my phone?
Yes, Fay can be added to your phone's home screen as an app. Follow the steps below for your device:
iPhone
Open Safari and go to provider.faynutrition.com/provider/
Select the share icon (up arrow) at the bottom of your Safari window
Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen
Name the app Fay and tap Add in the upper-right corner of your screen
Android
Open Chrome and go to provider.faynutrition.com/provider/
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Add to Home screen
Name the app Fay and tap Create

How long does it take to build a full patient load?
The timeline for building a full patient load varies by practice and cannot be precisely estimated. New patient referral volume is influenced by factors including your specialties, availability, patient retention, patient feedback, location, and ability to self-source patients. It often takes a few weeks for new patient referrals to grow as Fay's referral partners become acquainted with your practice.
How do I refer a patient to another provider?
If you are not comfortable seeing a patient who has booked an appointment with you, you can refer them to another provider using the Share Referrals space in the Fay Community. A list of dietitians in the Fay network covering a wide range of specialties is available there. We recommend offering your patient more than one option to help orient them as they make a decision.
How to I refer another RD?
Fay offers a $250 referral bonus for each dietitian you refer who joins and goes live on Fay. To submit a referral for and RD:
Complete the referral form on your Fay homepage before your colleague applies
Have your colleague submit their application to join Fay
Once your colleague is live on Fay, your $250 referral bonus will be paid out
Important: The referral form must be completed before your colleague applies. Referrals submitted retroactively cannot be honored.
