Fay Champions

Fay Champions are a standout group of providers who want to share their expertise, mentor other providers, and shape the future of Fay! As a Champion, you’ll step into a leadership role by connecting with other RDs in the Fay Community, supporting new providers as they onboard, and collaborating with the Fay team. And it doesn’t stop there. Being a Champion comes with real perks: Opportunities to grow your brand, expand your impact, connect directly with our team, and get paid for the value you deliver!

Applying to be a Fay Champion is easy! All you have to do is complete the application at the bottom of this page and we will reach out to you if you are selected.

Please note that you need to be a provider on Fay for 6+ months to become a Fay Champion! If you haven’t been on Fay for 6 months yet, please wait until you hit that milestone to apply.

Here are some of the amazing benefits of being a Fay Champion!

As a Fay Champion, you’ll receive $150/month for the time you spend supporting other RDs on Fay and sharing feedback with our team. Your time is valuable and we’re proud to compensate you for the impact you make! Payments go out on the 15th of each month for the prior month of being a Champion.

Champions also have access to optional presentation opportunities where they can share their expertise and earn additional bonus compensation for their time, around $75-$100 per presentation. In addition, Champions get paid even more for provider referrals. Rather than earning $250 for each provider you refer, you will earn $400 for every provider you refer who ends up joining Fay!

Champions receive exclusive opportunities to be featured on Fay’s website, social media channels, and other publications, helping bring additional attention to your private practice and attract new patients!

Think of this perk as your backstage pass. You’ll be the first to test new features, preview what’s coming next, and share feedback that helps shape the future of Fay. Your insights help us continue building a platform that supports the private practice of your dreams.

Champions gain access to a private space inside the Fay Community to connect with each other, share strategies, and receive updates from the Fay team!

Champions are also invited to attend optional calls every other month with Fay Leadership. These conversations are an opportunity for Champions to connect directly with the team to share feedback, offer ideas, and ask questions.

As a Champion, you’ll gain valuable leadership experience by mentoring newer RDs on Fay, sharing your hard-earned wisdom, and helping foster a supportive, empowering community.

You’ll also receive a Champion badge next to your name in the Fay Community, highlighting you as a trusted voice and leader whenever you share advice or contribute to conversations.

You’ve worked hard to build your practice, and that deserves to be celebrated. Champions receive special gifts and additional promotion for their practice both within the Fay Community and on social media.

One example is the Fay Champion Spotlight, which publicly celebrates your success, giving you bonus visibility for your practice and exclusive gifts from the Fay team!

As a Fay Champion, you’ll mentor other RDs on Fay, strengthen connections within the provider community, and collaborate directly with the Fay team to test new features and share feedback. Champions are both trusted voices in the Fay Community and valuable partners in shaping what comes next for Fay.

As a successful private practice dietitian, you’re a trusted resource for newer providers building their practice on Fay. Champions contribute regularly to the Fay Community by engaging with posts and sharing their own experiences and advice. Champions are expected to contribute 10+ total posts or comments each month in any space in the Fay Community, excluding the Fay Champions space.

Champions also support new provider onboarding by leading low-lift live sessions where newer providers can learn from their experience, ask questions, and gain confidence as they ramp up on Fay. Champions are expected to lead a number of live sessions per year for cohorts of new providers, though this may vary depending on onboarding volume.

Fay Champions are best-in-class RDs who consistently deliver outstanding patient care. They build strong, lasting relationships that keep patients engaged in their nutrition journey and support meaningful health outcomes. We hope that Fay Champions have above average practice metrics, including profile conversion rate, patient return rate, 3-month retention, and average rating.

As a Fay Champion, you’ll have the opportunity to share your expertise with other RDs and showcase what it means to be an exceptional private practice provider on Fay.

As a Champion, you’ll get early access to new tools and features and help our team beta test them before launch. This may include joining live calls with members of our Engineering or Design teams, completing surveys, or simply sharing your thoughts and feedback over email.

Your insights help us improve the provider experience and ensure everything we build truly supports your day-to-day life as a private practice RD on Fay.

Champions also have access to optional presentation opportunities where they can share their expertise and earn additional bonus compensation for their time.

This includes the option to host external webinars for employees at our employer partner organizations, which can be a great way to connect with prospective new patients while boosting your presentation skills. Champions can also elect to lead live sessions within the Fay Community to educate fellow Fay RDs on a clinical specialty or focus area! These are paid, optional opportunities, and Champions are welcome to participate as often as they’d like.
