What is my personal booking link?
Your personal booking link is a unique URL you can share with prospective patients to access your Fay profile. Patients can schedule appointments up to one year in advance using your personal booking link. It also allows you to track your marketing efforts, how many patients you’ve self-sourced, and ensures you receive provider-sourced payouts for those bookings. Your booking link is accessible from your Fay homepage.
How do I share my personal booking link?
To share your personal booking link, go to your Fay homepage and select Copy link under the Share your booking link section on the right-hand side.
Important: Share your booking link exactly as it appears on your homepage by clicking Copy link.
Can I transfer my existing patients to my private practice on Fay?
Yes, existing patients can be transferred to your practice on Fay in two ways:
Click Copy link on your Fay homepage to send your patient your booking link
Click Share via text on your Fay homepage to send your patient an invitation via text to book with you
