Why is patient feedback important?
Patient feedback is one of the most important factors patients consider when selecting a dietitian. Just as people rely on recommendations from friends, family, or online reviews when choosing a healthcare provider, patients choosing a dietitian follow the same pattern. Strong patient feedback is the foundation for growing a private practice on Fay.
How does Fay collect patient feedback?
After each appointment, patients receive a text message and email asking them to rate their experience with you from 1 to 5. Fay also collects additional feedback at various points throughout each patient's journey, but post-appointment reviews are the most impactful for your practice.
Where can I see my rating?
To view your average rating, select the Home tab from your sidebar and scroll to the bottom of the page. From there, you can:
View your average rating out of 5 stars
Read recent patient reviews
Track how many written reviews you have received
Can I request a review from a patient?
Yes, you can request a review directly from your Fay homepage. To send a review request:
Go to Your written reviews on your Fay homepage
Click Request a review
Select a recipient or enter a phone number
Preview your message and click Send
