What can I do to earn more with the bonus program?

The more you grow your patient base and build your hours, the more your bonuses compound. Here is a breakdown of how each piece contributes and what you can focus on:

  • Turn visit 1 into visit 2: The retention bonus kicks in starting at visit 2 with any patient, so turning that first appointment into an ongoing relationship makes a big difference.

  • Self-source patients: Provider-sourced patients earn you an additional $25/hr on every visit, for the life of the relationship.

  • Build volume: More billable hours move you into higher full-time practice bonus tiers.

How can I improve my visit 1 to visit 2 conversion rate?

Getting patients to return after that first visit is one of the highest-impact things you can do for your earnings on Fay. Here are some resources to help:

  • Check the Help Center and our detailed courses for guides on running a successful initial consultation and creating care plans for patients.

  • Your Provider Dashboard now surfaces your client return rate, making it easy to see how you are trending and follow up with patients who may have fallen off through the Insights tab.

  • Starting June 21, we are introducing Provider Success Calls, which are personalized 1:1 outreach from our team where you can get specific tips and strategies for improving your conversion rate. Be sure to look out via email!

How can I self-source more patients?

Self-sourcing is one of the most effective ways to grow your earnings on Fay, and we have built out a number of resources to make it easier. Here is where to start:

  • Visit the Help Center for materials and templates you can use to promote your practice. This course on creating marketing materials is a great place to get started!

  • Join one of our marketing Masterclasses, which cover self-sourcing strategies and best practices.

  • Ask for tips in the Fay Community, as your peers are a great resource.

  • As always, make sure you are using your personal booking link from the Provider Dashboard when sharing Fay with potential patients. This link is how provider-sourced attribution is tracked, so it is essential to use it consistently!
